Our Facilities
The company has well equipped research laboratories and GMP Certified API manufacturing facilities for a broad range of organic reactions. Our infrastructure includes glass reactors, stainless steal reactors, centrifuges, filtration systems, rotation evaporators, spray drying facilities, micronization facilities all supported be respective analytical infrastructures.
Our Quality Control (QC) Laboratory is equipped with a broad park of analytical instruments consisting of UV Spectrophotometer, FTIR Spectrophotometer, TOC analyzer, Head Space Gas Chromatograph, UV/IR-HPLC with GPC options and Capillary Zone Electrophoresis. Further, Molclone operates a well-equipped microbiology department.
Molclone Labs operates state of the stability chambers to support test procedures as per ICH guidelines.
An own SS water plant with RO and Ion exchange system is complementing the plant assures compliance with all global standards including IP, EP, BP, USP and JP.
